Rainy season
The rainy season brings greener surroundings, fresher air and a stronger river, making this part of Lanquin feel especially alive. At times, heavy rain and wind can cause temporary power cuts in town. When this happens, El Retiro uses a generator to support key areas such as reception, the restaurant, bar and selected rooms while power is restored.
